Acro
​
Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements.
The emphasis will be on flexibility, strength, balance and endurance exercises. Time will also be spent on tumbling, leaps and partnered balancing exercises.
Ballet
​
Originating during the Italian renaissance, Ballet has a rich history and is often equated with grace, elegance, and an aesthetic perfection. Ballerinas develop strength and control along with strong musicality. Ballet teaches you to be expressive, dynamic and with find joy while dancing.
Boys only
Hip Hop, Break Dancing, Acro and Strength and Conditioning!
Break dancing
Break is an athletic style of street dance. Covering toprock, downrock, power moves and freezes.
Competition
​
Competition dancers compete at regional, national and international competitions. Students ranging in age from four to eighteen years old.
Dancers may be chosen to compete solos, duets, trios, or in small/large groups
Dancers must continuously train to maintain and improve their technique, balance skills, strength and flexibility.
Contemporary
Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical, and classical ballet Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements and focus on floor-work, using gravity to pull them down to the floor. Often using contract-release movements and fall and recover concepts.
Hip Hop

Hip-hop dance refers to a street style of dance, developed in America during the 1970s and it includes a wide range of styles, including, breaking, locking, popping, waacking and litefeet.
Jazz
​
Jazz is an exciting dance form, with its roots in African and European social dances. Jazz classes include comprehensive warm ups, stretches, floor work, progressions from corners with turns, kicks and jumps and fun combinations.
Lyrical
​
Lyrical dance is a form of movement that focuses on expressing emotions and telling a story through the dancer's body and facial movements. Dancers use the music's lyrics, melodies, and mood to inspire the theme and choreography of their routines.
Tap
Tap is a style of dance characterized by the sound of the metal tap plates striking the floor. Tap utilizes rhythm, syncopation, musicality and expression. There are several styles, including, rhythm tap, Broadway tap, buck and wing, and classical tap.
